What you will be doing:
– Acting as the trusted advisor to 5 very large, household name clients.
– Having a deep understanding of the way your enterprise accounts operate and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level.
– Upselling, cross selling and managing renewals.
– Partnering closely with Customer Success leaders to plan account strategies.
– Engaging with customers to develop a deep understanding of their business.
– Providing subject matter expertise on talent strategy, informed by data from their platform.
– Creating demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to the solution.
What you should bring:
– Domain knowledge of HR & Talent Acquisition technology so you are able to understand, speak to and solve the challenges faced from day one.
– The ability to convey sophisticated ideas and influence customers at a C-Suite level.
– Highly articulate with a consultative approach to business problems, ability to speak to value drivers via story telling.
– Proven experience driving customer retention and growth initiatives, achieving high retention rates and strong expansion results with customer satisfaction in a post-sales environment.
– Proven effectiveness managing an account portfolio of complex, strategic accounts at a senior level.
