Enterprise Account Executive – UK | SaaS | AI

£80k-£90k basic + double (uncapped OTE) & equity options

This fast growth SaaS/AI early stage start-up solves this crucial challenge in a number of innovative ways for incredible brands like Sky, Vodafone, Bumble and many more.

 

With the sales team all north of 120% of quota, the business doubling over the last year AND a successful launch in the USA – they are now searching for a high performing Enterprise Account Executive to join their UK team.

 

What you will be doing:

 

  • Manage new prospects throughout the entire sales process through to closing deals
  • Selling to Enterprise organisations of 5000 employees +
  • Work closely and collaboratively with SDR to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
  • Become a domain expert to advise clients on their recruitment strategy and add value throughout the sales process
  • Identify your prospect’s pain points and run product demonstrations that will connect them to the values of our solution
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain an accurate quarterly sales forecast

 

What experience you should bring:

 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years + quota carrying Account Executive experience
  • Successfully sold Recruitment Technology (RecTech), HR TechTalent Acquisition Software or SaaS to HR departments.
  • Worked with both mid-market and enterprise level customers – across the US
  • Confident selling up to Chief HR officer level & CFO’s
  • Closed deals between £80k-£120k+
  • Based in the UK.
