A Global CX/Contact Centre SaaS technology company has a new opportunity for an Enterprise Account Director to come on board and closely partner with some of their largest, highest spending enterprise accounts. Their focus is on contact centre and digital transformation solutions to improve their client's customer experience.

You will play a critical role in leading a small number of accounts strategically to drive customer engagement and expansion globally. You should bring an agile, dynamic mindset, be comfortable embracing change, be a true team player and love working with a growing footprint of FTSE 100/Fortune 1000 customers.


The role:

  • Building trust and relationships with a small portfolio of high profile customers at c-suite level.
  • Understand customers business priorities and current use of the current solution to proactively spot opportunities.
  • Retain the existing customer base by building strong relationships and leveraging in-product analytics
  • Analyse internal data to understand customer usage, including risks and opportunities.
  • Derive insights, develop strategy, then execute on improving customer engagement and product adoption.
  • Have impactful sales discussions with key accounts to help them leverage relevant technologies they are not currently using.


What you'll bring:

  • Senior Account Management experience within Contact Centre/CX, working within a large enterprise environment.
  • Experience selling SaaS Contact Centre solutions.
  • A collaborative, solutions-driven, consultative sales approach.
  • Experience managing and growing business with large, enterprise-grade, global key accounts.
  • A great ability to build long-lasting, deep relationships with multiple business stakeholders.
  • You have exposure to senior-level account negotiations for large, complex deals.
